You can exchange or return an item within 14 days of receipt, provided it has not been used.

Conditions

  • The item has not been worn or washed.
  • Tags and packaging are intact.
  • You have the order number.

How to proceed

    Message the botProvide your order number and state whether you need an exchange or a return.

    Send the item via Nova PoshtaThe bot will send you the address and recipient details. You cover the shipping costs according to Nova Poshta rates.
  3. 3
    Receive a new item or a refundExchanges are shipped as soon as we receive your package; you also cover the shipping for the new item. Funds are returned to the original card.

Refunds

Funds are returned to the card used for payment within 7 days after we receive the item.

If part of the order was paid with a gift certificate: the amount paid by card is returned to the card, and the certificate amount is returned as a new certificate for the same value.

Non-returnable items

  • Gift certificates.
  • Items showing signs of use.
  • Phone cases — these are printed for a specific model.
  • Socks — as per Cabinet of Ministers regulations.

Questions

We will exchange it for another size if it is in stock. Check the “Size Charts” or message the bot — we'll be happy to help.

Message the bot and include a photo. We will replace it or refund you — we will cover shipping costs both ways.
